Holy Family School also purchased insurance for each school-issued iPad. The policy covers hardware failure (including battery) and incidents of accidental damage. If your student’s iPad is stolen or damaged because of a fall, spill, water immersion, or other incident, insurance will review the claim and, if accepted, will replace the iPad.

- the name and grade of the student
- the serial number of the iPad (it’s also on the back in very small letters or you can go to Settings > General > About and scroll down until you see the Serial number.)
- a brief description of what happened (including where and when)
- a brief description of the damage (a hairline crack, a shattered screen…)
- is the iPad still functional?
